Verify BIOS boot order
Same as above — set the Windows drive first.

Boot from installer USB and repair MBR
Inside Command Prompt:
bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /fixboot bootrec /rebuildbcd - 03
Mark the partition active
MBR disks only:
diskpart select disk 0 select partition 1 active exit
