  1. 01

    Disable DiagTrack

    Telemetry uploads.

    sc config DiagTrack start=disabled
  2. 02

    Disable Connected User Experiences and Telemetry

    sc config dmwappushservice start=disabled
  3. 03

    Disable Downloaded Maps Manager (if you don't use offline maps)

    sc config MapsBroker start=disabled
  4. 04

    Disable Xbox Live services if not gaming on Xbox

    sc config XboxGipSvc start=disabled
    sc config XblAuthManager start=disabled
    sc config XblGameSave start=disabled
  5. 05

    Disable Print Spooler if you have no printer

    Keep enabled

    Windows Update (wuauserv, BITS, UsoSvc, WaaSMedicSvc), Windows Defender, Network Location Awareness, DNS Client, Cryptographic Services. Disabling any of these breaks core functionality.
